• Use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools on the Service.

3. Purchases and Payments

3.1. Pricing: Prices for our products (Standard Plan, Mentorship Plan, Custom Packages) are subject to change without notice. 3.2. Payment Processing: We use third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or Paddle). By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment instrument. 3.3. 4. The Machining Tutor AI (Disclaimer)

4.1. Educational Tool: The "Machining Tutor AI" chatbot provided within the Service is an educational tool designed to assist with theoretical questions, G-code syntax, and general machining advice. 4.2. No Liability for Physical Damage: CNC machining involves heavy, dangerous machinery. You are solely responsible for verifying any code, parameters, or advice generated by the AI before running it on a physical machine. G Code LTD is not liable for any damage to machinery, tooling, parts, or personal injury resulting from the use of information provided by the AI or our video lessons. Always follow the safety protocols of your specific machine manufacturer.

5. Job Placement and Career Support

5.1. No Employment Guarantee: While we provide career support, resume reviews, and interview preparation ("Job Placement Assistance"), we do not guarantee employment, specific job offers, or income levels. Your career success depends on your own effort, the local job market, and your performance in interviews. 5.2. Educational Nature: We are a vocational training platform, not a recruitment agency.

6. Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk, Kickstarter) that are not owned or controlled by G Code LTD. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms (e.g., sharing your account, abusive behavior in community forums, or chargebacks).
