We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee on all our digital courses and coaching services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 calendar days from the day of your initial purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To comply with MoR requirements and international consumer protection laws, our refund policy is straightforward:

  • Timeframe: You must submit your refund request within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • No Exceptions: We do not apply progress-based restrictions. Even if you have started the course or accessed the materials, you are still eligible for a refund within the 14-day window.

Please include your Order ID and the Email Address used for the purchase to speed up the process.

4. Processing of Refunds

Once a refund is initiated:

  1. Access to the course materials, private community, and any associated AI tools will be immediately revoked.

  2. The refund will be processed back to the original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  3. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

5. Statutory Rights

This policy is designed to meet and exceed the statutory requirements of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
