This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding refunds for our digital courses and coaching services.

1. The 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all our standard digital course purchases.

If you are not satisfied with the content, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase date. We will refund the full amount paid, provided the request meets the eligibility criteria below.

2. Eligibility & Fair Use

To ensure this policy is not abused, the following conditions apply:

  • Timeframe: Your refund request must be submitted before midnight (UK time) on the 7th day following your purchase.

  • Course Progress: While we encourage you to explore the content, we reserve the right to decline a refund if our system data shows that you have consumed a significant portion of the course (e.g., downloaded all materials or watched over 50% of the lessons) within the 7-day period. This is to prevent intellectual property theft.

  • One Refund Per Person: Each customer is entitled to one refund only. If you refund a course and purchase it again later, the second purchase is non-refundable.

3. Coaching & Mentorship Services (Important)

If your purchase includes 1-on-1 Zoom Coaching or Mentorship sessions:

  • Unused Sessions: If you request a refund within the 7-day window and have not used your coaching sessions, you will receive a 100% refund.

  • Used Sessions: If you have already utilized one or more coaching sessions within the first 7 days, the value of those completed sessions (calculated at our standard hourly rate) will be deducted from your refund amount. We cannot refund time already spent by our instructors.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team. You do not need to provide a complex reason, but we appreciate feedback so we can improve.

Please include the following information:

  1. Your Full Name.

  2. The Email Address used for the purchase.

  3. Your Order ID or Receipt Number.

5. Processing of Refunds

Once your request is received and approved:

  1. We will immediately revoke your access to the course materials and community/AI tools.

  2. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card or bank).

  3. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account. This timeline is determined by the banking system, not us.

6. UK Statutory Rights

As a UK-based company, we comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. By purchasing digital content from G Code LTD, you acknowledge that you are gaining immediate access to the content.

While the law typically provides a 14-day cooling-off period, this right is waived when you consent to immediate delivery of digital content. However, our voluntary 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Section 1) replaces this right, giving you protection and peace of mind that goes beyond standard statutory requirements for digital downloads.
